Our knives were named after 4 local bodies of water in the Hot Springs National Park where we live. Our founders did this because these were the waters they spent their childhood hunting and fishing on.
As for some long standing, inspiring story on how KRA Knives was born, well, there isn't one. One of the owners was simply bored one day near the end of 2010, and decided to start drawing knives and came up with a cool concept that ended up hung on a wall for a year before one of their buddies saw it and wanted to invest in creating the knives. And, the rest is history.
